Amolikae reserves the right to refuse the usage of any promotional vouchers at any point in time. Some situations where your order may be cancelled include, without limitation, misuse of any promotional vouchers, unauthorised usage of vouchers or inaccuracies of voucher pricing and value thresholds. The voucher amount will not be refunded for such cases.

Vouchers that have expired cannot be used on the website. Amolikae can at any time ask the customer for proof of having received the voucher. Promotional discount vouchers can be used only on specific orders as deemed fit by amolikae.

Amolikae reserves the right to change/modify/add/delete any of the terms and conditions prevailing on the different promotional schemes it introduces in the market from time to time. Vouchers cannot be clubbed with any other offer on the website. Only one voucher can be used per order unless otherwise stated. For a payment received after the expiry of the voucher, the discount will not be applicable on that order.

Shipping and delivery policy

Amolikae.com provides a shipping facility for every order within india. Your delivery is fully insured. We would request all customers to inspect the package in case there is any damage before receiving the product. Once the product is packed, we ship and deliver it with the help of the courier service provider for free.

Every package of jewellery from amolikae will reach your doorstep in a durable condition and adequately packed in a tamper-proof package. Even if it is a gold coin, jewellery or solitaire, the item will be delivered in good packaging with all the required certificates.

The customer must provide the address and other details of the person who will collect the shipment at the time of purchase. When placing the order, the customer must provide the complete name of the recipient, as it appears on their government-approved photo identification. At the delivery destination, the recipient will be required to collect the product and must provide any government-issued identity proofs.

In case the customer wants someone else to receive delivery on their behalf, further details are required during the ordering process. The items will be delivered directly to the designated person at the correct location. Once the order is processed, the recipient's details cannot be changed. The customer can change the shipping address only until the order is actually shipped.

The person who receives the product is expected to open the package and then check the contents before receiving the delivery.

If the recipient is unavailable during delivery, the courier service company will attempt to deliver the product a maximum of 2 times. If you are still unreachable or unavailable, the product will be returned to amolikae. The cost of handling and re-shipment due to non-delivery to the customer will be chargeable to the customer.

The guarantee of the delivery of the product is subject to the terms and conditions of the courier company. Any discrepancy in the receiver's details will result in non-delivery of the product.
